FRANCES MURPHY
ATTORNEY AT LAW
Frances Murphy is one of the leading personal injury lawyers in the state of Michigan. She has successfully litigated numerous complex personal injury matters and stays current with new law by investing significant time in continuing legal education and in-depth legal research.
Fran’s approach is grounded in preparation and empathy. She takes the time to understand the full impact an injury has on her clients, physically, emotionally, and financially, and works closely with them to build a case that reflects the true scope of their loss. Known for being direct, thorough, and highly strategic, Fran has earned a reputation as a fierce advocate who fights for what is fair.
Fran earned her undergraduate degree in Philosophy from Michigan State University before attending Wayne State University Law School. While at Wayne Law, she was a member of the Moot Court National Team and served on the Executive Board of the Wayne Law Review. These experiences sharpened both her oral advocacy and legal writing skills.
Based in St. Clair Shores, Fran founded Fran Murphy Law to provide personal, hands-on legal representation. She believes that every client deserves an attorney who listens, communicates clearly, and shows up prepared. Whether the case involves a car accident, premises liability, or wrongful death, Fran brings focus and determination to every matter she handles.
